math - Spherically Wrapped Gaussian Distribution in NetLogo -

I will rotate vector in netlogo from angle taken from Gaussian distribution. Using the code given below:

But I am convinced that this implementation is right that the standard deviation described in the papers is correct according to a spherical wrapped Gaussian distribution (on page 3 (column 2,3nd paragraph) and On page 4 Table 1 (Error (SD)).
