Change font in Github Flavored markdown for Table -

I am creating a wiki page I markdown trying to use the table in editing mode I've created the table after embedding HTML to add inline-CSS, but found that inline-CSS is also not working.

I tried the following:

  & lt; Style & gt; .markdown-body table TD {font-size: 12px! Important; } & Lt; / Style & gt;  

Has anyone tried this kind of thing or has similar things or any help?
