php - Concrete5 - Can't add new block basic_test from tutorial -

I am following this official tutorial

A new block To add to my fresh installation of concrete 5 when I downloaded the zip and opened it in concrete / blocks, it says that nothing is being installed under the block type. When I put it in the application / blocks, it does not get the "class" block controller found "error". I had already tried to clear the cache. I am using solid 5.7.2.
