ethernet - Video streaming vs Video file transfer -

When the video transfers from some local station to a remote station on the USB, it can be in many ways:

1. Transfer the video as a file, as well as the method available to transfer regular files.
2. Transfer to the video stream using the video streamer method like MPEG-2 transport stream.

I think the second option might be better in case of Leyte issue, that is when the remote station will play the video at the same time.

But in many other cases that such a latency / real time is not required, i.e. someone will see the video later.

I want to ask for the first withdrawal in such a configuration, where there is no latency and real time requirements.
