I am currently running zoocir procedures and many internal processes and all of them have their own log files in the form of text Let's print. I am very green for Linux, but I was thinking that there is an issue for others to see many log files without switching between amacus windows or vim windows in the same screen. 3, What is the best way to say four or more log files at once? Will the cat be included in it or Orders?
If you are looking at the live log, then you tail
You can use the wildcard operator to tail the entire directory.
If you are excavating though you can use Terminator, then it is in Debian Repo, to open several terminal sessions in one window.
If you are feeling more adventurous then you can use tmux
to split your terminal window, the good thing about TMUC is that Works in textmade, so that you can do it on SSH. Here is a very nice tmux partitioning pane tutorial.
