I tried to read and follow, but really did not understand it.
But this should be a common example: I have an invoice table with the invoice ID as the primary key.

I think the cluster index I want to make an invoice ID in the table of objects is my idea process:
- 99% of the questions will be for the entire invoice and not by the invoice ITMID. Invoice ITMID is an internal mechanism for keeping track of each item.
- Not unique when it is close to unique
