I'm trying to connect my app to iTunes yesterday but it still has not succeeded on it.
When I'm trying to submit an app on the Xcode, after a few seconds uploading the archive step is called "iTunes Store Operation Failure" with "No Error Details".
When I'm trying to upload through an application loader, it says "The app loader is currently unavailable, we are having trouble connecting to the App Store. Please try again later. . " Again "error details are not available".
I know yesterday that iTunes Connect was in maintenance, but I do not understand why I still can not upload the archive, is anyone else to deal with this kind of error? Or why is the idea that this error is happening?

After the upgrade of the delivery profile and some resetting settings on the code-signals, now, in the App Store I'm able to send collections.
