design - Color issues from photoshop to android -

I have created some images and have set some colors using Photoshop and have applied them to our app in android studio , But the code for the same hex is not the same color, I do not understand why this is happening, I took a screen shot of Color working in Photoshop and then opened the image in Photoshop, surprisingly the color code Changed, and this Android device The video was looking like and it was not the actual color, I also checked the RGB / CMYK mode, it is in RGB mode, I also tried the CMYK mode, the problem persists in both cases no matter how many times I I have tried, problem remains, please help me

If you are working primarily on documents viewed on the web or mobile devices: 1) Go to Edit> Color Settings in Photoshop and navigate your RGB color palette set to "SRGB" 2) Make sure proof color is unchecked in the View menu.
