python - Executing os and subprocess in Django best practice -

Want to write a custom control panel for your development server in the DJENGO, and I am thinking that what is the best solution to execute the system call? From OS to Linux and from subprances on Linux?

Is there a reserved library for this purpose in the DJGengo or should I write some custom commands in my customer Django project where all the system calls will be kept.

Jenodo handles certain things related to the web and database, such as , model and anything else.

  Anything else, where you apply your actual functionality, only in Python and in any way you like to be kept in the module, like in another bit Python software. I will not place the system code in  custom.py , I'll put them in  system_calls.py , because you already call them. Or a library is different from the Denggo app. 
  In addition, it would be better to run this command as a background function, and only start them and see their status from the web. You should check to use celery.
