I do not know how to install the latest Ruby on Ubuntu
First I Default Ruby is installed on 1.9.3, I tried to install my version of Ruby by using
Pureo-Suited Appropriate Ruby
Still "ruby 1.9.3p484 (2013-11-22).

What should I do?
First of all, condition libraries installed:
