Unable to open files by dragging them into applications opened from Conemu -

I was wondering, how am I not able to drag files into applications opened by Conmo, for example, emacs , Firefox, etc.

How can this be enabled?

It seems that it does not do anything with ConEmu or Powershell it's Windows! : -)

Obviously, if I open an administrator as an administrator, I do not have permission to drag files to this application in design and security reasons.

  How to pull this UAC works - and drop messages and to send messages to any program with general rights, an application with admin rights can cause security problems. Drag & amp; Leave work with the application only with that privilege (program with administrative rights of general program with administrative rights or program with general rights).
