vim - _vimrc getting renamed to _vimrc.2014 -

I have noticed that for any reason, my _vimrc were not loaded in the morning. I keep my entire vim directory in the place specified in my _vimrc in my Google Drive. I did not care about it because I had recently supported it, but now when I Put in my vim folder, whenever I start GVM, it seems that it changes it with the name of _vimrc.2014.

I do not know anything about this behavior, is it normal? It really does not affect me very much because it still gets the source, but I want to know why this is happening.

< Vim Certainly Not Doing This I'm not sure that this is causing your problem, but Google Drive has a new name for the same name. There are problems in changing files with the file. Under the hood, it's okay what the Vime is doing when it writes a file with the default settings. See: You can either use the 'Backupcip' or 'Write to' option so that Vim can be compelled to write the file instead of changing it directly to a new file while editing it in your Google Drive folder . I am using this line in my .vimrc to complete my work:

  Let's back up and backup script. = ','. Expand ('$ HOME / Google \ drive /'). ' '
