When I use it on RadRibbonBarGroup
I am facing a problem with RadDropDownListElement when RadRibbonBarGroup is less Collapses in low mode, so it converts each Ribbon burgers into a drop down button. Then the problem occurs when I click on the dropdown list control, it will hide behind the ribbon bar at the first click and when I click it again it will appear above the RedBrowburner.
Now when the user closes the list dropdown, click on it again it will appear in front of the Ribbonbar.
I tried to set up the z-index of RadDropDwonList in any number but he never worked for me. I do not know what to know to fix this issue.
Any suggestions?

I tested it with the Q1 2014 version and there really is a problem in this case. In, I have found the following item, which means your case: A commandboarddunlistist's popup hides behind the overflow button. I also tested with the versions of q2 and q3 2014, and this is no longer a problem, so the upgrade is your way :).
