I should know that health. I'm always set to KG, but I can not find an option to toggle it. The healthcare framework supports several units for weight: kilograms, grams, ounces, pounds and stones.
I would like to know that the current health.app is an API to gain weight unit, so I can use it directly.
Any thoughts?

The Health app uses different units for different types depending on the locale set for the device. For example, in the United States pound is used to display the weight, but the fort using metric system kilograms at the local level will be used. Beginning in iOS 8.2, the user can also specify the units who prefer for many quantity types in health app.
