breaking out of a outer-loop from inside an inner loop c++ -

(I know there are many sources about it, though I use 5 or later to use C or C ++

I would like to ask how I would like to go about breaking the outer loop inside the internal loop.

Example:

While (true) {for (int i = 0; i & lt; 2; i ++) {std :: cout & lt; & lt; "what to say?"; // insert external-loop break statement} }
