I have the default installation of Siemens and Apache, and the problem is that if I type content = "text / html ; Charset = UTF-8 "The webpage is not set on my local WAMP and other hosting which I tried, this page is fine, probably because the UTF-8 header is set. Not sure what I really want to convert to httpd.conf, AddDefaultCharset UTF-8 already exists there, but does not help at all I can set up Apache to deal with this problem Trying to change HTML, therefore, is not an option. Any suggestions?
