php - Adding keyboard shortcut command in Eclipse -

I am able to edit existing code in the window - & gt; Preferences - & gt; General - & gt; Key , but how do I add not seeing a new order

I'm not working in Java, so I have Ctrl + B to bold text . This order is about and lt; B & gt; & Lt; / B & gt; will add tags.

  I have already distributed all the builds, so what I need to do is find a way to add bold text to the list of available commands. 
  Will it need to be done, or am I missing something on the edit window?
