iOS app icon changes between the old and new one after upgrade -

After upgrading it on some devices (app 8.0.2, and I iOS 8.1), when the app is in the background Is taken away and it taps the app icon by tapping it so it shows the old icon only for one millisecond and then again (jumps between one icon). (Verify that the old icons in the app have been deleted.)

It went but nothing found: /

Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas?
