Access - How to edit data in ether of two pop-up forms -

My database has two pop-up forms. The first form is the contact information for our donors. . The second form is used as a donor by clicking the button to enter the gift information for the donor (DoCmd.OpenForm "frm_Gifts" ,,, acFormAdd, Me! C_ID), a pop up, while both forms for the user Visible, only data is editable in another form.

Is this possible?
