I've heard that the Xcode 6 interface builder supports custom fonts. But I do not see my custom font (which has been dragged into the project) in the font pop-up list, am I missing anything or is it just an IOS feature? I'm building an OS X desktop app with Xcode 6.1.
Have you changed it to custom fonts in the font family?
