c# - Include image as a part of text file? -

Is it possible to add image (signature signed with client on Windows Mobile 6.5 device and file format with JPEG extension Saved in) text file using Vb.net / C #?

Purpose: We were trying to get the signature of the customer down by just a text file section below the jpeg file
